Baahubali Star’s Prabhas’ Saaho is undoubtedly the biggest movie to hit screens this year. The film directed by Sujeeth is made on a massive scale of 250 crores and is all set to hit screens on August 30. The film is a pan Indian film and will release in Telegu, Tamil, and Hindi, and has a huge cast of Prabhas, Shraddha Kapoor, Neil Nithin Mukesh, Jackie Shroff, Arun Vijay and others playing pivotal roles.
The film was initially planned to release on August 15 but due to the VFX work, the makers of Saaho disclosed that they do not want to compromise on the quality of the film. Hence, they decided to postpone the film from August 15 to August 30.
In Kollywood Suriya’s Kaappaan was is also scheduled to release on August 30, the film is the third collaboration with Suriya and KV Anand after Ayan and Maattrraan. The film has huge expectations and is highly anticipated by fans.
The film is bankrolled by Lyca Productions and also starres Mohanlal, Arya, Boman Irani and Sayeesha in leading roles. Now reports have surfaced that state that Lyca Productions have decided to pish the release date of Kaappaan to September.
However, official information regarding the release date is still awaited. Since Saaho will occupy the majority of the screens in Tamil Nadu and other parts of the country, the makers of Kaapaan have decided to postpone their film.
